1. Clear Rules for Opened Beauty & K-Pop Items
To comply with platform and industry requirements, we clearly define what is returnable.
Opened, used, unsealed, or tampered items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
“Opened” includes:

Breaking any seal

Removing protective shrink-wrap

Unwrapping inclusions

Testing or using the item
-
Altering original packaging
For K-Pop merchandise:

Albums, merchandise, and sealed sets must be completely unopened and intact.

Returns will not be accepted if photocards, postcards, inclusions, stickers, or internal components are missing — no exceptions.

Unopened items in original condition may qualify for exchange or store credit within our stated window.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene, copyright, and authenticity reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Any item that touches the skin

These items will be clearly labeled on product pages.
3. Used or Opened Products Cannot Be Returned
For sanitary and authenticity reasons, any opened or used beauty item or unsealed K-pop product cannot be accepted or refunded.
This includes:

Breaking album shrink-wrap

Opening sticker seals

Removing photocards or inclusions

Opening sealed merchandise packaging

Swatching, pumping, or testing skincare or beauty items
4. Photos Required for All Return or Damage Requests
To protect both you and our team, all return or damage requests must include:

A photo of the item

A photo of the packaging
-
A photo of the shipping label
These are required for Shopify, PayPal, and credit-card verification.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
USPS and UPS require documentation for damage claims. To submit a claim on your behalf, we must receive:

Photo of the outside shipping box

Photo of interior packaging
-
Photo of the damaged item
Without these photos, we cannot submit a carrier claim.
6. Store Credit & Exchanges

All sales are final.

For non-consumable items:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition.

Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

No refunds for non-consumable items once shipped.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value

If you experience a reaction, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
