At IPBY K-POP & Beauty, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your items will arrive.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (M-F)
Free shipping over $65.00

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, IPBY K-POP & Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier issues
Customs processing
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@ipby.us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
