IPBY 30-Day T-Shirt Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The IPBY 30-Day T-Shirt Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by IPBY K-Pop & Beauty, [street address], Buena Park, CA [ZIP] (“Sponsor”). Contact: support@ipby.us.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are [18 years of age or older / at least 13 years of age; entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian] at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Each calendar day during the Giveaway Period is a separate “Daily Drawing Period.”
4. How to Enter
Visit ipby.us/pages/ipby-30-day-t-shirt-giveaway and complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of this limit, or entries generated by automated means, will be void.
Each eligible entry remains in every remaining daily drawing until the entrant wins or the Giveaway Period ends.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the end of each Daily Drawing Period, for a total of up to thirty (30) winners. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor within [1–2] days after each Daily Drawing Period ends. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household for the entire Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Thirty (30) prizes total, one per day. Each prize is one (1) T-shirt, [style/description], in the winner’s choice of available sizes, shipped free of charge within the United States. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $[__]. Total ARV of all prizes: $[__]. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. Winners must reply within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to confirm their shirt size and shipping address. If a winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial, and state on Sponsor’s website and social media. Sponsor will ask for a winner’s permission before sharing any photo of them.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive email communications from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time.
11. Not Affiliated with Social Platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta.
12. Winners List
To request a list of winners, email support@ipby.us with the subject line “Giveaway Winners” within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.
